David Wu, LAc, is appointed as the medical chief of the acupuncture department at the Philadelphia Addiction Clinic. Our clinic consists of six departments, one of which is called the Philadelphia Acupuncture Clinic. The chief of this clinic reports directly to the Medical Director of the Philadelphia Holistic Clinic, Victor Tsan, MD.
